Northeast Solar Management was founded to give commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar owners an operations partner who is regionally rooted, technically rigorous, and structurally independent from equipment manufacturers and EPCs.

Solar operations is a discipline of small margins done consistently for decades. We staff, document, and instrument our work with that horizon in mind — so the site producing today is still producing at spec decades from now.
We work exclusively with C&I and utility-scale developers, IPPs, and long-term asset owners. That focus is what makes the work repeatable.

We don't sell panels, inverters, or EPC services. Our only product is honest asset performance — measured against the pro forma you underwrote.

Our technicians live across New England. That means shorter response windows, no per-diem flights, and crews who understand the region's weather and utilities.

Monthly production reports written for owners, lenders, and tax equity — not dashboards that require a data scientist to interpret.
